We work closely with over a dozen manufacturers to offer the largest selection of quality retail, warehouse, garden and personal style carts. • New Retail and Material Handling Carts
  Premier Carts offers a full size-range of new metal and plastic retail grocery style carts along with convenience carts and hand baskets for most retail needs. We also provide a line of heavy-duty material handling carts for back room and warehouse needs. These items ship by truck. Our web site indicates the minimum order quantities and normal delivery times. Please use our "Quote" button and our Request for Quotation System to get a specific quote with freight charges.

• New Personal Carts
  Premier Carts sells one of the broadest selections of personal folding carts and garden wagons carts available. These items can be ordered securely from our web site by using our "Order" button and our Online Order System. These items ship by UPS or FedEx ground approximately 3-6 business days after an order is received.

• New Replacement Parts and Accessories
  We offer replacement parts for the carts we sell as well as common replacement parts for most models of retail grocery style carts. Parts can be purchased securely online at our parts & accessories pages and ship by UPS ground about 1-2 weeks after an order is received.

• Used/Reconditioned Retail Carts
  Premier Carts has hundreds of used/reconditioned retail grocery style carts available. These carts work well in thrift stores, areas with high cart turnover, and also for warehouse use for packing and picking of orders. Please refer to our cart specials page for current availability. These items ship by truck. Our web site indicates the minimum order quantities and normal delivery times. Please use our "Quote" button and our Request for Quotation System to get a specific quote with freight charges.

• Make, model and size charts
  In order to help you buy, sell or order parts for your carts, we must determine the manufacturer and model of the cart you have or need. We have compiled size charts for the 5 main manufacturers of carts in the U.S. to help you determine the specific cart you have or need.  This is not a list of carts we sell or have available, but is a guide to help compare different make and models of carts. Some models of carts are no longer in production but are still listed in our charts because they are still in use by some retailers.

Shipping Policy: Shipments are made F.O.B. shipping point. The buyer is responsible for inspecting all deliveries for damages and declaring any damages on the delivery receipt while the delivery carrier is still present. If after receipt of shipment any concealed damage is discovered, it is the buyers responsibility to notify the delivering carrier, request an inspection and to file a claim with the delivering carrier. If you detect damage to any items at the time of delivery that you are not willing to accept or repair yourself, we recommend that you note the damage and clearly mark the number of items received  on the delivery receipt or bill of lading, and refuse delivery of the damaged items. This puts you in a better position to fully recover the cost of replacing the damaged items. Please take the time to ensure items are received in a business like manner. Premier Carts can assist in helping to file a freight claim, but it is the buyers responsibility to file claims with the delivery carrier and to pay for any replacement items that need to be re-ordered because of freight damage.

Return Policy: All returns must be authorized. Do not send any items back until you have called our toll-free number (888) 836-2278 and have authorization and instructions of where and how the item should be returned. Return shipments must be pre-paid by the customer and made within 30 days of the original shipment. Premier Carts does not give credit for shipping charges. Returned items may be subject to a 25% return charge based on the item, condition and reason for the return.

Warranty Information: The manufacturers of our metal retail carts, plastic retail carts, convenience carts and material handling carts offer a limited material and workmanship warranty for carts used under normal conditions for a period of one year. The manufacturers of our personal folding carts and wagon carts offer a limited material and workmanship warranty for items used under normal conditions for a period of 90 days. Premier Carts works hard to explain the condition of our used/reconditioned carts and to understand your expectations before used/reconditioned carts are ordered. Used and reconditioned carts are sold with no warranty or guarantee. If you believe you have a warranty related issue, please contact us immediately and be prepared send or email photographs to help us document and report the issue to the manufacturer.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us at Premier Carts. All information you provide is used only by Premier Carts and its agents to provide the products and services explained in this web site. Premier Carts will not sell, trade, lease or rent any customer information to any outside third party. We have never sent out any mass e-mail solicitations or promotions to our database of customers and prospects. We do not plan on using mass e-mailing as a way of promoting our products. If we ever start an e-mailing campaign, we will provide a method for opting-out.
