If you did not purchase a cart directly from Premier Carts, please contact the retailer you purchase the cart from for replacement parts. We do not accept returns for replacement parts if you did not purchase the original folding cart from Premier Carts. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

If you feel the broken part is a warrantee issue, we offer free replacement parts if you send a digital photo of the broken part and it has been 90 days or less from your Premier Carts order date. We offer a 50% discount for replacement parts if you send a digital photo of the broken part and it has been 180 days or less from your Premier Carts order date.
