Your privacy is important to us at Premier Carts. All information you provide is used only by Premier Carts and its agents to provide the products and services explained in this web site.

What information is collected and stored

Our online order and quote system will collect customer billing and shipping addresses, phone, and email information in order to properly fulfill orders and requests received. Credit card information is securely captured directly through our merchant provider and is not stored separately by Premier Carts in any other location. Correspondence through the "Contact Us" form on our website, order and quote confirmations, telephone records, and all direct email correspondences are stored securely in our company G Suite Business account. The G Suite user accounts that all correspondences and files are stored in, utilize two-factor authentication. All business transactions from 2013 through the current date are stored securely in our online accounting service.

Our online order and quote systems utilize browser cookies to provide an online shopping and checkout experience, but does not track browser activity outside of our website. Premier Carts does utilize Google Analytics to track generic trafic on our website.

How user information is used

Premier Carts will use the limited information collected to provide order tracking, respond to requests, answer questions, provide order resolutions, and generally provide exceptional customer service. We reserve the right to solicit feedback and provide notifications of any updates to our products, terms or policies.

What information is shared

Premier Carts will share customer shipping information and order item information with required vendors and manufacturer's in order to fulfill orders received. Customer contact information may be shared with vendors and commercial transportation carriers in order to provide better fulfillment service. Premier Carts does NOT share, sell, rent or lease any customer information to outside party's for marketing, advertising, or promotional use.
