Plate swivel caster with 4 inch hard rubber wheel. This is the original plate caster that is used on our 1660DD U-Boat carts. We offer this item because it offers a higher side impact resistance for the corner wheels on the U-Boat. Black hard rubber tread wheel on a black hub. The 3 1/8" X 4 1/8" plate has four slotted holes for mounting to your application. Mounting bolts are not included.
