Stem swivel caster with 4 inch poly wheel. Blue polyurethane tread wheel on a tan hub and blue thread guards. This is a possible replacement for some U.S. small pharmacy size shopping carts that use a 4 inch wheel. The 1/2" -13 x 7/8" high threaded keyed stem mounts to the flat front plate of the shopping cart. Top lock nut is included.
